Work Zone is the second level of Petscop. Not much is known about this level as it is impossible to access it in the Gift Plane, since the road that would've lead to it, and the rest of the other levels stops before where its level entrance presumably would've been located.
The only two instances of the Work Zone location appearing are in a loading screen shown during Petscop 20, and the Petscop Soundtrack. The latter seems to be showing it off as an unused area.
The music associated with the area (named level2 in the soundtrack) was used in early versions of Even Care (as seen in some older gens) and in Odd Care.
